From mom’s birthday celebration last Monday. I liked Italianni’s salad a lot even though my mom and grandmother didn’t like it that much. (I just love the cubes of cheese and the generous amount of walnuts that they had put in the salad and the sauce as well, it was not too strong for my taste.)  I was not able to snap photos of our other orders because I ended up eating before realizing that I should have taken their photos first.

My mom also got free ice cream from Italianni’s because it was her birthday.

I should have tried the Avocado and Melon flavors as well instead of just the Cheese one.

This was James and I’s first meal back in Baguio last weekend. I don’t know but for some reason it has become our tradition of sorts to eat at Good Taste upon our arrival in Baguio and eat at 50’s Diner before leaving. It has always been like that, not that I have a problem with it since I enjoy the food in both restaurants.

When we took a cab and had asked the driver to drop us off at Good Taste, we thought that he was heading to the wrong direction. It was only then that we found out that Good Taste has a new branch in Baguio and so we ate there.

Honestly, the service as well as the management of the restaurant could still be improved and if you’re kind of impatient as a person, it is not advisable for you to eat at Good Taste. Other than that, the food is (and will always be) very delicious. James and I couldn’t get enough of their Garlic Butter Chicken that we were tempted to actually finish the half serving of it. We also ordered cakes, James got a slice of Caramel Cake while I got myself a slice of Pineapple Cake. One slice costs 17 pesos, imagine that!

I’ll definitely eat at Good Taste again when I visit Baguio in the coming months.

After having dinner with my friends 2 days ago, we decided to stop by Caramia, Robinson’s Ermita for dessert. We ended up ordering these 2 slices of ice cream cake. I’m not sure what the chocolate coated cake is called but the red one is called Rogue.

What I had for lunch after a shoot this morning. I don’t know the exact name of this pizza dish though.

22nd Monthsary Dinner

James and I celebrated our 22nd monthsary last Wednesday by having dinner, strolling around SM North after dinner and interviewing Chikoy Pura of The Jerks somewhere in Timog Avenue afterwards.

We ordered a slice of Pepperoni Pizza and a whole serving of Baked Zitti from Sbarro. James enjoyed the Pepperoni Pizza a lot and was thinking of ordering another slice but I told him that instead of ordering another slice, we should probably just have dessert somewhere else.

We bought Churros Con Chocolate from Dulcinea as I’ve been craving for it for months now. I was a bit disappointed with the Churros though because it was already cold by the time James and I decided to eat it. We were supposed to grab a fix of Milk Tea from Gong Cha but their SM North branch was packed and there were no more seats available so we just headed to Starbucks.

I honestly didn’t want to order Starbucks at that time but I had no choice since we needed to kill time before heading to Timog for the interview.

Some fancy flower art on top of my hot chocolate.

I spent the rest of the day hanging out with Joey, Pierr, Louis, Anne and our moms at SM North Edsa. We ended up playing Monopoly Deal the entire time we were there while our parents talked about adult related maters over a cup of coffee and Louis’s mom’s homemade Food for the Gods.
